How to cancel a subscription acquired through Google Play Store

If you purchased your Premium subscription through Google Play store, the cancellation must be made from within your Google Play account. Please follow the steps below to request a cancellation:

1. On your Android, open the Google Play Store, then tap Menu > Subscriptions (Make sure you are signed in).
2. If you use a computer, go to play.google.com, then in the left menu click My subscriptions (Make sure you are signed in).
3. Search for the Hexatech app and select it.
4. Click Cancel Subscription.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Note:  Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end it. If you uninstall the app without cancelling your subscription, you will still be charged.
