If you purchased your Premium subscription through iTunes/App Store, the cancellation must be made from within the App Store. This is because Apple prohibits all of their partner companies like us from processing cancellations and refunds on their behalf. Please follow the steps below to request a cancellation:
Note: Before cancelling your subscription, please sign in to the Apple ID with which you originally purchased your Premium subscription.
- Launch the Settings app.
- Tap iTunes & App Store.
- Tap on your Apple ID.
- Tap View Apple ID when the pop-up window appears.
- Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap your HexaTech Premium subscription.
- Switch Off Auto-Renewal and then click Confirm.
