iOS: I'm getting "Permission Denied" error on iOS

This problem happens when you tap on "Don't Allow" button when installing Hexatech on your device for the first time. To resolve this issue, please delete the app and then install it as explained here:

• After downloading the app, launch it on your device.
• A pop-up message will appear and inform you that "HexaTech would like to add VPN". 

•  Tap on the "Allow" button. In the next step, you will be asked to verify your fingerprint or enter 4 digit passcode.

•  

   After that, the VPN configuration will be added automatically.  

Now all you need to do is to tap on "connect" button and wait until Hexatech connects.
