Sometimes, connection difficulties are due to a high increase in the number of users connected through our servers. A best practice is to disconnect from Hexatech, wait for a few minutes and then try connecting again.
If the issue persists please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your device's RAM by holding the power button until the sile to power off option appears, then release the power button and then hold down the home button for five seconds. That will clear the device's RAM.
- Delete Safari's cache and cookies.
- Please try connecting to a different Network as a testing procedure, for instance, change from Wi-Fi to mobile data Network.
